Users are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information during the application process. Any fraudulent documentation provided by the student will lead to immediate termination of our services and may be reported to relevant authorities.

While many of our initial consultation services are free, certain premium services or third-party fees (university application fees, visa fees, etc.) are the responsibility of the student. All service fees paid to Study Overseas Experts are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a specific service agreement.
